DESCRIPTION:\nObjectives\nThis symposium provides an opportunity for all th
 ose interested in the topic of Agri-Tech Economics for Sustainable Futur
 es to discuss their research and to exchange ideas. Researchers are invit
 ed to submit both empirical and theoretical papers that are broadly consis
 tent with the symposium’s special topic.\n\nPapers from all the followin
 g fields may be submitted: Agricultural Economics and Agri-business Manag
 ement. However\, in particular we welcome papers focused on the economics 
 or adoption of innovative agricultural technologies under any of the follo
 wing themes:\n\n 	Farm management\, adoption\, risk and economics\n 	Produ
 ctivity and efficiency of the farming sector\n 	Value chains\, markets and
  trade\n 	Sustainable Economic Growth and Sustainable Production and Consu
 mption\n\nThis includes aspects of innovative technology in agriculture\, 
 economics\, adoption\, sustainability\, statistics\, marketing\, agri-busi
 ness and farm management\, agricultural policy\, food marketing and techno
 logy\, environmental studies\, geography and the digitisation of agricultu
 ral landscapes\, and society.\nOrganisers\nThe symposium is organised by 
 Harper Adams University and the Global Institute for Agri-Tech Economics\
 nIt is supported through the members of both the Organising Committee and
  Scientific Committee.​\nProgramme\nThe 2023 symposium is an in-person 
 event and will host a number of  special focus sessions addressing conte
 mporary issues and technical methods.\n\n​Our Keynote speakers will be a
 nnounced below leading up to the symposium.\n\nDon't forget to register fo
 r the Symposium to gain access to all the sessions and receive a copy of t
