The Bavarian Research Center for Agriculture (LfL),  organises the next Digital Tool Scoping Workshop on Tuesday the 28th November 2023.

The workshop will take place in the hall 01 at the Siemens Technopark Ruhstorf/Bavaria with participants from agricultural production, agribusiness, academia, politics, administration and associations.
Workshop-Highlights:
Field of application: Robotic seeding and weeding for row crops (e.g., sugar beets)
Technology: Farm Droid FD20 of the company FarmDroid ApS Georeferenced -driven autonomous seeding and weeding device for sugar beets (in-row weeding); electronic actuation (solar panel); no mandatory on-field supervision
Target group/potential users: Farms with sugar beet production (conventional & organic); Geographical allocation: Lower Bavaria (South-East of Germany).
